This includes the defense against antitrust law allegations, the preparation of leniency applications as well as support in dawn raids. The firm also defends clients in appeals against decisions of competition authorities before the courts. 

In antitrust proceedings, the firm represents not only firms, but also individuals. This includes defending clients against cartel fines, including criminal law (bid-rigging). In complex cases, external experts in criminal procedural law will be added to the team.
