We advise and represent plaintiffs and defendants in antitrust law suits before German courts. The services include typical cartel damage claims, but also other antitrust law disputes, for instance, about the abuse of market power (e.g., refusal to supply, predatory pricing). The firm also engages in the negotiation of amicable settlements of antitrust law disputes.
