The firm covers all areas of German and EU antitrust/competition law, including cartels, restrictive practices, distribution and licensing agreements, abuse of dominant positions, merger control, and state-owned enterprises.
Merger control services include domestic and EU filings, referrals pursuant to Article 4(4) and (5) of the EC Merger Regulation, and advice regarding filing requirements and the coordination of filings in multiple jurisdictions.
Clients can rely on extensive experience in the representation of enterprises before the German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt), the European Commission, German courts and the European Courts.
